Refund Policy:
1. Refund requests will be honored if received in writing at lorelei.yu@informa.com by 31st May 2023. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. You can however send a colleague in your place.
2. All refunds will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
3. Cancellations received after 31st May 2023 and “no shows” are subject to the full registration fee.
4. Substitutions may be made by notifying the conference register in writing at lorelei.yu@informa.com by 31st May 2023. Onsite substitutions are not acceptable.
